August 15th – Canning & Preserving
Topics: Kosher-Style Dill Pickles, Bread & Butter Pickles, Watermelon Rind Pickles, Sweet Pickle Relish, Herbed Tomatoes, Blackberry Liqueur Sauce, or Dark Chocolate Strawberry Sauce.
September 19th – Herbal Creations
Choices: Herbal Tea Mixes (Mint, Lemon Balm, Sweet Potato, Strawberry), Compound Butters (Garlic & Basil, Lemon Balm, Dill, Cinnamon), or Seasonings (Italian, Nature's Seasoning, Lemon Pepper).
October 17th – Farmstead Brews
Options: All About Lattes & Espresso Makers, or crafting your own Latte Sauces (Dark Chocolate, Salted Caramel, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Pumpkin Spice).
November 21st – Woodworking
Projects: Bird Houses, Wood Pallet Advent Trees, Fold-Up Pallet Desks, Pallet Shelves, or Rolling Crate Printer Stands.
December 19th – Sugar Scrubs or Candles
Choose between Sugar Scrubs or Candles using ingredients like Dried Herbs, Citrus, Cinnamon Sticks, All-Spice, Cloves, and Coffee.
