Spring Session starts Monday March 16th - May 18th 2026

Bates Farm is excited to offer a Kids Archery Club for ages 5 and up!

Our program is designed to introduce young archers to the sport in a fun and safe environment.

Program Details:



Age Groups:



5-11 years


12 and up




Group Size: Max of 10 kids per group; minimum of 4 to start.


Cost: Only $10 per child per session, 10% discount if you pay for the whole 10 week session



You can pay in cash, monthly by invoice or pay for the entire session when you fill out the interest form and get a 10% discount​




50% Range Fee Discount: $10 for each child participating in the Archery Club for any regular Archery Day



Schedule:



When:



Intermediate Archery (Kids who have attended prior classes - Ages 5-18): 10:00 – 11:00 am


Beginning Archery(Ages 5-18): 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED for the 1st Class




Tournament: Join us for a special tournament for homeschoolers on Monday, May 18th!

Range Safety Rules: Understanding safety is our top priority.


Types of Targets: Learn about different targets and what they’re best for.


3D Archery Scoring: Introduction to scoring techniques.


Archery Facts: Fun facts and trivia about the sport.


Parts of a Bow: Get familiar with the equipment.


Shooting Techniques: Tips for form, aiming, and distance shooting.


Handouts: Each participant will receive informative handouts.


Tournament Opportunities: Explore local tournaments, including TSO, dot shoots,  ASA events if interested
