Our Rustic Charm package offers two or three full days of access to the Event Barn, ideal for decorating, rehearsal, ceremony, and reception for up to 150 guests. This package can also accommodate outdoor ceremonies and receptions for up to 500 guests at an additional fee depending on number of guests Price: $2,000 base price --- - Decor Mock-Up (design your ceremony & reception layout) - Decorating Services (consultation and setup) - Day-of Coordination: (includes rehearsal & ceremony direction) - Reception Add-On (cake cutting, beverages, first dances) - Bridal Portrait Photography (access to grounds and Event Barn) - Draping for Outdoor Ceremony - Fire Pit for Rehearsal Dinner & Reception - Formal Rehearsal Dinner Option (for up to 75 guests) - Photobooth Props - Clean-Up Services for ceremony, reception & rehearsal - Liquor Liability Insurance: Required if serving alcohol (policy details below) - Corn Hole Set - Personal Decor Pick-Up: ### Important Notes: - Liquor Liability Insurance: Not included in venue rental.
