Service Description

Date: Saturday February 1st or Monday February 17th Time: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM Cost: $20 per family (Parents or guardians must accompany children. Strollers are welcome for younger ones.) Includes planting 5 -4 inch pots per family. We have a variety of seeds. Agenda: 1. Introduction and Sign-In 2. Overview of Traditional Gardening - how to upkeep 3. Overview and demonstration of Hugelkulture and raised beds 4. Overview and demonstration of Aeroponic Gardening 5. Overview of various ways to start seeds to different planting techniques Additional Options: Seed Starting kits $40 - 5 (12 cell)Seed Starter Trays with individual Grow Lights - 8 LEDS each, Heat Mat, glow lights have Timing Controller Adjustable Brightness. Labels for plants and seeds for each cell. Feel free to enjoy a picnic, free play, or more hiking time afterwards!
