Wedding Day Package 💖 Price: $1,500 This package provides single-day access to the Event Barn for ceremonies and receptions up to 150 guests. Includes round and rectangular tables, French Bistro chairs, and table linens. Post-event clean-up is included! This package can also accommodate outdoor ceremonies and receptions for up to 500 guests at an additional fee depending on number of guests - Day-of Coordination: (includes ceremony & reception direction) - Bridal Portrait Photography (access to grounds and Event Barn) - Draping for Outdoor Ceremony - Fire Pit for Reception - Photobooth Props - Clean-Up Services for ceremony & reception -- Corn Hole Set -- Personal Decor Pick-Up ### Add-Ons Available: - Decor Mock-Up: $45/hr - Decorating Services: Starts at $120 - Bridal Portrait Photography: $45 (access to grounds and Event Barn on a non-wedding day) - Extended Access Hours: $120/hr (or prorated) - Formal Rehearsal Dinner Option: $100 (for up to 75 guests) ### Important Notes: - Liquor Liability Insurance: Not included in venue rental. Required if alcohol is served. - Clean-Up Services: Specific clean-up fees apply for various events. - Personal Decor Items: Options to leave items overnight for pick-up available upon request.
